I cannot believe that it has been over a year since my last post! Since at this point I am talking to myself, I say let me try this again!
Lessons Learned In The Last Year:
1. God will never cease to amaze me when it comes to how much He loves me and is faithful to me.
2. That being "In Him" means a whole lot more than I previously understood.
3. That God's call on my life never changes, only my assignment.
3. That change will always be hard for people.
4. That leadership based on position is lousy leadership.
5. That leadership by influence is the better way to lead.
Those are 5 things there are more but that is a good start for my quest to become a good blogger!
